Date:  Friday, November 18th, 1:30 to 3:00 pm

Rain Date:  Monday, November 21, 1:30 to 3:00 pm

# of Volunteers Needed:  6

Scope of Event:  Cut English Ivy from tree trunks

Meet Location:  Paxtang Parkway Greenbelt Parking area near City Line Diner at 3302 Derry Street

Tools to bring:  Work gloves, pruning shears, loppers

What to wear:  Long sleeves, long pants, sturdy shoes or boots (there is some poison Ivy in the work area)

Other notes:  Plan to cut English Ivy stems from tree trunks along Greenbelt and bike path.  Two cuts to made above the ground, one foot apart, with the one foot section removed and discarded.  No herbicides will be used at this time. The leader will have some extra tools and gloves available.
