Tree Planting Along Cameron Parkway

Please join other volunteers for an opportunity to plant 200 trees and shrubs as part of a stream restoration project on the Cameron Parkway. Riparian buffers are one of the most cost effective ways to protect our waterways and keep water clean.

Meet location:  19th St. Greenbelt parking area 1550 S. 19th St Harrisburg
Tools to bring:  Work gloves, water bottle, shovel, mallet or hammer for driving in stakes (Note: gloves, shovels, and other tools can be provided at the event, if needed.)
What to wear:  Long sleeves, long pants, sturdy shoes or boots
