2024 Annual Awards and Volunteer Recognition Picnic

We will recognize our 2023 CAGA award recipients, dedicated volunteers, and municipal and corporate partners at our annual awards picnic. Come out to honor these dedicated volunteers and share an afternoon with CAGA members and supporters. Dr. Nathan Reigner, Director of the new state Office of Outdoor Recreation, will speak briefly.

The picnic will be held at Dauphin County’s Fort Hunter Pavilion Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 pm. A catered meal from Alvaro's will be provided. As supporters of Going Green, we recommend to bring a plate, cup and utensils to avoid waste. RSVP at the link below by April 21, 2024. 

The Greenbelt is for all – so is this picnic. No need to get a babysitter.  Plan to bring the kids.  There is plenty to do at the park with the grassy field, playground and restrooms readily available.
